The innovation product Premix Pumpkin Cake Flour is one of innovation products using pumpkin as the main ingredient. The purpose of this study is to innovate pumpkins into Premix Pumpkin Cake Flour and to increase the number of pumpkin products in the market. The packaging we use is user-friendly packaging by using zip lock plastic and put it in a box to ensure it is safer. Addition, pumpkin was chosen because it is used as a cooking ingredient but was not developed to be made into innovative products. The content in the product we process contains pumpkin powder, which is pumpkin seeds that are dried and ground into powder. The products we process do not use preservatives. This study uses a questionnaire method to get feedback from lecturers. A total of 30 lecturers in Kolej Vokasional Kemaman were involved as respondent.
