This innovation product Premix Pegaga Ice Cream is one of the products that have many benefits and highly popular among students. This study titled The Production of Ice Cream Premix using Pegaga among student at Kemaman Vocational College. This study aims to create an innovation product based on pegaga leaves. The problems nowadays is that most students do not know much about the benefits of pegaga leaves. Next, the ice cream in the market is less nutritious because it uses chemicals such as dyes and preservatives and also the packaging is not user-friendly. In addition, this study objective also to produce non-chemicals product and user-friendly packaging. The questionnaire method was used to student s at Kemaman Vocational College involving a total of 30 respondents. The data is analyzed by using the interpretation of number and percentages. The results of the research obtained, presented in the form of a score table and the percentage. This product is a nutritious product without the usage of harmful chemicals and is carefully processed. The results of data analysis show that respondents agree that this innovative product Premix Pegaga Ice Cream is nutritious, non-chemical ice cream and user-friendly packaging.
