Orange Peel Halwa is one of the foods that can be eaten as a snack. It is very popular among the students. A research was conducted to produce this product called Orange Peel Halwa among the students at Kolej Vokasional Kemaman. This research aims to increase the knowledge of the students who do not know about the benefits of orange peel. At the same time, it is also to reduce the orange peel from being a waste product and also to innovate halwa products that do not use preservatives and artificial coloring. The objective of this study is to produce an Orange Peel Halwa product that is able to provide nutrients to the human’s body by making this orange peel as the main ingredient. In addition, Orange Peel Halwa also add the variety of halwa in the market without using preservatives and artificial coloring. The questionnaire method was used among the students at Kolej Vokasional Kemaman involving a total of 30 respondents. The data is analyzed by using the interpretation of numbers and percentages. The results of the research obtained are presented in the form of a score table and the percentage of Orange Peel Halwa innovation products.
