ST194: AN AUTOMATED GRADING SERVICE FOR AGARWOOD ESSENTIAL OIL UTILISING AN INTELLIGENT MODEL

On a global scale, agarwood essential oil has a significant economic value and is used in a various industries. Nonetheless, there is no generally acknowledged grade classification to determine the quality of agarwood essential oil. The standard grading classification differ from nation to nation. Conventionally, agarwood essential oil grading has been done by human trained sensory panels such as vision, smell and touch. The conventional method can be labour intensive. This project has utilised Multiclass Support Vector Machine to evaluate the grading of agarwood essential oil. The project results can hold a significant potential for a global implementation.
