Penang Port: A Port Management Game is a board game that was developed from the course syllabus of Port Management. The game mechanics of this game was formulated from the realistic activities in port management and aligned with the course syllabus. The board game acts a platform for students to apply their knowledge in managing port through conducting what if analysis as to solve problems and achieve objective in realistic scenario in the game environment. Hence, it allows alternative teaching learning sessions to be more interactive, interesting and effective. The use of board games will encourage students to explore knowledge through the experiences they went through in every session of the game. Apart from that, board games can also be a social agent in which promotes communication between players thus enabling the development of soft skills such as interaction and negotiation skills.
