Abstract
In the digital era, automating administrative tasks such as certificate generation can greatly enhance efficiency and reduce human error. This project presents the design and implementation of a Digital E-Certificate Generator, a web-based application developed to streamline the creation and distribution of certificates for events, workshops, courses, and other formal recognitions. The system allows administrators to input recipient data, select or customize certificate templates, and generate professionally formatted certificates in bulk, all within a user-friendly interface. Certificates are produced in PDF format and can be distributed via email or downloaded directly. Key features include dynamic text rendering, QR code integration for verification, and a secure database for storing issued certificates. The project utilizes technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python (or PHP), and database systems like MySQL. By automating certificate generation, this project minimizes manual effort, ensures consistency, and enhances the authenticity and traceability of issued credentials.
