ST1379: ParkLah : PLATE PARKING LICENSE AUTOMATIC

Puteri Nurdayana Batrisya Binti Md Hasbi UNIVERSITI MALAYSIA KELANTAN

Inefficient parking contributes to traffic congestion and wasted fuel. Reservation systems often lack accessibility or user-friendliness. This project proposes an automated parking system using license plate recognition, inspired by IOI Mall Putrajaya. The system offers automatic vehicle identification and multiple payment options, including manual payment and Touch 'n Go cards. A mobile app will enhance the experience with a streamlined online payment system and reserved parking management features. Implementation is targeted for Angsana Mall, Johor Bahru, a location experiencing traffic congestion due to high visitor numbers, particularly from Singapore.
