The Malaysian Education Development Plan (PPPM) 2015-2025 aims to enhance education quality through technology, focusing on ICT as a medium across schools. Many primary Visual Arts Education (VAE) teachers are not specialists, and there is a lack of interactive multimedia teaching aids. To address this, the MobSENI app was developed to incorporate multimedia-based teaching in VAE. The development process included needs analysis, design and development, and usability evaluation phases, using surveys, expert input, and combined interviews and observations. MobSENi app aims to diversify and engage teaching methods, supporting comprehensive student development and aligning with current educational trends.
