This project presents an eco-innovative method of producing organic paper from fruit and vegetable waste such as peels from dragon fruit, pomegranate, and mango-orange, as well as residues from carrots, cabbage, and ladyfingers. It promotes sustainable waste management, reduces reliance on wood-based paper, and addresses deforestation, landfill burden, and climate impact. The biodegradable, non-toxic paper supports ESG principles and aligns with SDGs 9, 12, 13, and 15. Suitable for educational, packaging, and craft use, it fosters community participation, circular economy values, and climate resilience, offering a low-carbon, scalable solution for sustainable development and environmental stewardship.
