E-SumbanganPKT is a web-based system. The prototype of this system was developed to make it easier for HEP PKT to manage donation records systematically. This system was developed to deal with management problems such as no systematic donation records, and no record storage of donors and recipients (students who are eligible to receive donations). Therefore, this system prototyping allows systematic management to facilitate contributors consisting of staff, alumni, and the public to make fund contributions and also be able to check the history of contributions that have been made. The scope of system users consists of admins (HEP), donors, and PKT’s students. There are four main objectives that have been set, which are to develop a system for administrators (HEP) to systematically manage donor and recipient records, facilitate the storage of B40 student records more efficiently, provide a payment platform more easily, and generate reports for HEP management and payment receipts to donors. The development of this system uses the 'Agile' methodology, which consists of the requirement phase, the design phase, the development phase, the testing phase and implementation or deployment phase. This system is also developed using the PHP programming language along with the CodeIgniter 3 framework, Bootstrap, HTML, and MySQL databases. Next, this prototype system has several advantages, such as keeping and managing records of donors and recipients more systematically, the convenience of paying donations using the toyyibPay service, and reports in the form of statistics and graphs that display the amount of donations collected by month. In conclusion, this prototype has successfully achieved its goal by producing a web-based system to facilitate more systematic donation management.
