The UCTATI WhatsOnBoard application was developed for helping promotion department of UCTATI to distribute information as communicating mode for marketing purposes. By the way, the department is still responding to chats in a manual way, which is taking an extra time and demanding more manpower in the process of replying clients' chat. There is no real-time customer support to help on questions and answers. For the most up-to-date technology, the data should be delivered via an interactive platform. Users are more likely to pay attention to interactive information. As a result, the project's objectives are constructing a Chatbot system for promotion staffs using WhatsApp application. This chatbot system is designed to make it easier for the staffs to respond to all chats, such as receiving FAQs from target audiences and providing real-time feedback, while also encouraging people to connect with latest technology. The creation of this Chatbot system is based on waterfall technique, including qualitative data obtained through interviews with students and University staffs. Ask Question, Feedback, Registration, and Appointment were the four primary modules of the UCTATI WhatsOnBoard which was built using WhatsApp. This Chatbot technology will be able to efficiently replace manual customer service in the upcoming years. This chatbot is used Bahasa Malaysia as its main language.
