Today's emphasis on teaching and learning quality helps pupils create a top-notch mindset. Principal support, teacher mentoring, and educator issues must be addressed to promote student progress. These variables sometimes overshadow teaching and learning quality. Thus, this study examines the direct and indirect effects of professional learning communities, SISC+ guidance, principal servant leadership techniques, and teacher professionalism development in Sabah secondary schools. This research was conducted in Sabah with 440 teachers. This research shows the factors have positive and substantial interrelationships across several levels and influence and effect interactions among variables independent of teaching and learning quality.
