Conflict is an integral component of social interaction, especially in junior high school students who are in a period of emotional and social development. Therefore, having conflict management skills is very important for students to be able to communicate, cooperate, and build healthy relationships in the school environment. The purpose of this development is to create a gamification-based educational game media called Shadikara, designed to help students develop conflict management skills constructively. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) method with the ADDIE model which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The result of this research is the creation of a board game that can be implemented in junior high schools, namely Shadikara. This game is effective in developing students' ability to regulate their emotional and social relationships. Moreover, Shadikara has the potential to be commercialized as an educational product that supports social-emotional learning in schools, allowing broader access for educators, counselors, and institutions seeking innovative tools for character education. This game is expected to be a learning resource for students to improve conflict management skills.
