Our project aims to tackle the rising problem of undiagnosed diabetes in our community using Artificial Intelligence. Many Malaysians, especially in rural or low-income areas, are unaware they have diabetes until it’s too late, leading to severe health complications. We developed a Diabetes Risk Prediction App using machine learning, where users enter basic health data like age, BMI, and glucose levels. The AI model analyzes this data to predict the risk level of diabetes (low, medium, or high) and gives simple advice. The tool is mobile-friendly, easy to use, and provides early warnings that can encourage users to seek medical help before complications arise. Our app follows Microsoft’s AI for Good principles by being fair, private, inclusive, and transparent. It helps promote health awareness, especially in underserved communities, and shows how AI can be used meaningfully to solve real-life problems.
