KoReem – KPTM Cooperative Digital Reward Points System

KoReem is an innovative digital reward point system introduced by the KPTM Alor Setar Cooperative to enhance student and staff engagement with on-campus purchases. This system allows users—specifically students and staff of KPTM Alor Setar—to earn reward points each time they make a purchase at the cooperative. These accumulated points can later be redeemed for various benefits such as discounts, exclusive merchandise, or shopping vouchers. The primary objectives of this initiative are to increase interest and purchasing activity at the cooperative and to reward loyal customers for their continued support.

The core functionality of KoReem is accessible through a mobile application or the cooperative's web portal, where users can register using their matric number, check their accumulated points, and redeem available rewards. Among its many advantages, the system encourages shopping within the campus, boosts the cooperative’s revenue, and holds the potential to be expanded to other KPTM branches across Malaysia. The target users of KoReem include all students and staff at KPTM Alor Setar, with future scalability for nationwide implementation within the KPTM network.
