The tranquil candle odor, often characterized by subtle, soothing fragrances like lavender, rose, lemon and eucalyptus has garnered significant interest for its potential therapeutic benefits. This abstract reviews the current understanding of how such scents influence psychological well-being through aromatherapy. Based on our research it indicate that the olfactory system, when exposed to these calming fragrances, can reduce stress, enhance relaxation, and improve sleep quality. The mechanisms involve the limbic system, which is directly linked to emotions and memory. By exploring the neurobiological and psychological effects of tranquil candle scents, this paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of their efficacy and applications in promoting mental health and enhancing overall well-being.
