This project report presents the development of a Laundry Management System (LMS) designed to enhance the operational efficiency and customer service quality of Amaryllis Laundry, a mid-sized laundry service provider located in Machang, Kelantan. The system aims to automate critical processes such as order tracking, payment processing, inventory control, and customer communication, which are currently managed manually, leading to inefficiencies and errors. By implementing a user-friendly interface and integrating features like real-time order updates, online booking, and secure payment processing, the LMS seeks to improve turnaround times, reduce manual workload, and increase customer satisfaction. The system also incorporates robust security measures to ensure compliance with data protection regulations. This project involved detailed system analysis, design, and implementation phases, supported by comprehensive operational, legal, and technical assessments. The LMS is expected to streamline Amaryllis Laundry’s workflow, enhance service reliability, and foster long-term customer relationships, ultimately contributing to the company’s growth and competitiveness in the evolving laundry service industry.
