Our innovation, Ginger with Karpuravalli and Ginger with Tulasi candies, was developed as a natural remedy to alleviate flu symptoms and support immune health. These herbal-infused candies combine traditional ingredients such as ginger, karpuravalli (Indian borage), tulasi (holy basil), black salt, lemon, sugar, and jaggery. Our objective is to provide a tasty, convenient alternative to synthetic medicine, especially for respiratory relief. Through experimentation, we found that the sugar concentration significantly affects the texture and quality of the candy, and it also offers better storage stability than traditional ginger preserves. The candies have been well received for their strong flavor and slow but effective relief from flu symptoms. We aim to market our product to health-conscious consumers using eco-friendly packaging, social media promotion, and strategic wellness partnerships. In conclusion, our herbal candies are not only effective in treating flu but also promote overall wellness, making them both medicinal and enjoyable.
