Organizing an event involves several repetitive tasks and usually a challenging experience. Previous studies show that individual who has experience with the management of event often having stress, especially when dealing with the potential participants. Thus, we developed MySeki to handle the overall management of event especially related to innovation competition. MySeki was developed based on PHP, MySQL, and jQuery. The application offers several features: (1) project management, (2) LOA creator, (3) Telegram Bot, (4) Automatic Email Management, and (5) Rubrics Management. The application can be commercialized to government agencies, schools, universities, and private institutions. The usage of MySeki can help to reduce the burden of the committees especially those related to secretarial positions.
