Corporate management accentuates employee value and turnover rates as significant factors affecting an organisation’s functionality. The private sector faces challenges due to significant turnover rates, negatively impacting productivity and stability. This study investigates Islamic approaches to mitigate turnover intentions, focusing on working ethics, organisational behaviour, and leadership dynamics. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research identifies five significant factors influencing turnover intentions: inadequate salary and allowances, government aspirations, job-related stress, a hostile workplace environment, and dysfunctional human resource practices. The study highlights the importance of incorporating the Islamic approach into organisations to improve performance and create a conducive work environment. The research aims to align turnover causes with Islamic principles and propose solutions to these challenges.
