This project focuses on developing a solar-powered aquaponic system that integrates a water pump and an automatic fish feeder. Aquaponics allows for the simultaneous cultivation of fish and plants in a sustainable environment. Utilizing Malaysia’s equatorial location, which provides approximately nine hours of sunlight daily, solar energy is harnessed as a clean, renewable power source. The automatic fish feeder, regulated by a timer, dispenses feed at predetermined intervals, ensuring efficient and consistent operation. This system promotes environmentally friendly farming practices by reducing reliance on non-renewable energy sources and labor, contributing to sustainable agriculture through green technology integration.
