Through the integration of biotechnology concepts in food preservation and waste recycling for environment purposes, our projects has successfully generated zero waste. By utilizing the entirely of the vegetables, we’ve crafted two distinct products that not only promote health and nourishment for the body but also contribute to skin well-being. In our project, we choose mustard green and carrot to make boba, because there are colorful and packed with vitamins. Then we use mustard green pulp and carrot pulp as the main ingredients for our body scrub. Our goal is to inspire people to eat healthier and contribute to a sustainable future.
