World Health Organization (WHO) in 2023 estimated 1.3 billion people experience significant disability, represents 16% of the world's population, or 1 in 6 of us. One type of disability is physical deficiency in terms of vision. Vision defects can occur among different ages with different levels of impairment. In Malaysia, blindness for all levels includes 0.2%. To help ease these groups of their day-to-day days there are many blind sticks that have been introduced to help them, although the innovation project created by our team may add to the current blind stick device. Our innovation helps this blind stick warn blind people when facing obstacles when walking in public places.
