The development of an e-learning platform for medical technical safety tests addresses geographic limitations and evolving learning preferences by providing equitable access to essential healthcare safety training. This project focuses on creating an online environment for medical safety tests, emphasizing the limitation of leakage current using IEC standards. It builds technical skills through simulation systems and evaluates the usability of safety analyzers such as the Fluke ESA620 and Rigel 288+. Utilizing Google Sites, Sketchfab, Unity, and Quizziz, the platform offers interactive, user-friendly training. The tests adhere to IEC 60601 and IEC 62353 standards for earth leakage, patient leakage, direct equipment, and direct applied parts.
