The traditional way of learning has indirectly affected students' creativity in memorizing and understanding a topic better. Therefore, in order to maintain students’ interest in learning Organic Chemistry, we presented mind mapping as a compelling method for studying carboxylic acid. This study demonstrated how mind mapping helps students arrange their ideas before writing anything down. Mind mapping has shown how simple it is to remember the key point and recall the main ideas. In light of this, mind mapping is an important teaching tool since it provides a wealth of advantages and is an appealing way to learn organic chemistry.
