KIT MOON was introduced to help students master the topic of phases of moon and enhance their understanding of this subject. This kit is based on constructivist theory, which emphasizes learning through experience, and behaviorist theory, which emphasizes repetition and reinforcement. KIT MOON is used in Science subjects and serves as a platform for students to develop reasoning skills, which are the ability to think logically and critically as expected in the KSSR curriculum. To assess the effectiveness of KIT MOON, this study used pre-tests and post-tests. The pre-tests were conducted before the students used the kit, while the post-tests were conducted after several sessions of using it. The comparison of the pre-test and post-test results showed an increase in students' understanding of the phases of moon topic after using KIT MOON. This proves that KIT MOON is effective in improving the mastery of the phases of moon topic among students.
