The Integrated Assessment Approach is developed to streamline the assessment process by utilizing a single, comprehensive assessment tool to measure Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) across multiple courses. This approach has been implemented at the Faculty of Education, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), involving seven bachelor's degree programs in education. It requires the submission of an assignment to meet the assessment requirements for Curriculum and Instruction (EDU555) and Assessment Literacy and Performance Competencies (EDU485). The adoption of this approach promotes interdisciplinary learning, prevents learning in silos and content redundancy, through more efficient resource allocation, without incurring additional workload on the students.
