This school-based project aims to address the issue of uncontrolled cat populations by implementing a comprehensive strategy centered around neutering and surveillance technology. Utilizing CCTV cameras equipped with Python technology for cat recognition, the project aims to track and monitor stray cats within the school premises. By identifying and neutering stray cats, the project aims to prevent uncontrolled breeding and mitigate the presence of stray cats in the school environment. Through this initiative, the project seeks to promote a safer and more hygienic school environment while also contributing to the welfare of stray cats in the community.
