Floods are a recurring threat in Malaysia, especially in Johor during the Northeast Monsoon. Existing centralised flood management approaches often result in delayed alerts and inefficient coordination. This project presents an AI-Driven Flood Prediction and Mitigation System featuring a Flutter-based mobile app and Django web portal. It integrates Google ML Kit for IC scanning, Gemini API for AI-guided checklists, and GPS-tagged incident reporting. Real-time data from InfoBanjir enhances prediction and response. Validated through technical and user testing, the system promotes community resilience and aligns with SDG 11. Future enhancements include multilingual support and IoT-based flood forecasting.
