The intersection of psoriasis and steatotic liver disease highlights significant comorbidity risks exacerbated by shared metabolic disorders. Traditional liver disease detection methods are invasive and costly, necessitating innovative approaches for better patient management. This study investigates the application of the AI-based LIVERFASt algorithm in detecting steatotic liver disease among psoriasis patients, aiming to correlate liver disease prevalence with psoriasis severity. Findings indicate a higher prevalence of steatosis in severe psoriasis cases, reinforcing the need for routine liver health screening. The study concludes with implications for personalised healthcare management and future research directions.
