In response to the growing need for accessible and interactive learning tools in nursing education, Digital DIC was developed as a web-based medical terminology dictionary tailored specifically for nursing students. This application aims to enhance students’ understanding and retention of essential medical terms through a user-friendly, bilingual (English–Malay) interface that promotes independent learning and quick referencing. Digital DIC offers a searchable database of curated terms, complete with definitions, and category filters by alphabet. Designed to support academic performance and clinical readiness, the platform integrates responsive design for multi-device access and is continuously updated to align with current healthcare standards. Early feedback indicates improved student engagement and confidence in mastering complex terminology. Digital DIC represents an innovative step toward digital transformation in nursing education, bridging the gap between classroom theory and clinical communication.
