The development of the Breast Imaging Education Bot as a conversational agent to enhance breast health literacy education exemplifies the integration of Society 5.0 elements in healthcare. By leveraging chatbot technology, this initiative aims to empower patients, particularly women, by providing accessible and informative resources on breast cancer and breast examinations. BieBot© was developed with dual-language capabilities (Malay and English) and contains infographic educational content and videos based on the Malaysian Ministry of Health guidelines. Through the design and implementation of BieBot©, the project aligns with the principles of Society 5.0 by promoting digital health literacy, personalized education, and the utilization of innovative tools to enhance overall health outcomes and patient empowerment. This approach not only enhances health literacy but also reflects the societal transition towards a human-centric, technology-enabled healthcare system that prioritizes education, accessibility, and empowerment.
