The Kedai Kita Manager – Smart Solutions for Efficient Operations is a web-based system designed to address operational challenges in a student-run store located at Kolej Kediaman 3, University College TATI. The project streamlines staff role assignments, shift scheduling, and supply restocking processes, replacing the previous inefficient manual approach. Built using modern tools like Adobe Dreamweaver and PHP, the system facilitates seamless communication, efficient task management, and reliable scheduling. This system not only enhances operational consistency but also offers a scalable solution for similar student-led initiatives. The development methodology adopts a waterfall approach, focusing on requirement analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases. By integrating automated processes and a user-friendly interface, the Kedai Kita Manager ensures improved efficiency and accountability, benefiting both administrators and staff.
