This project explores the dual benefits of bananas by creating an instant face mask powder and a natural plant fertilizer using different parts of the fruit. The soft part of the banana was dehydrated and blended with Haritaki and Neem leaf powders to form a natural face mask aimed at hydrating dry skin, controlling oil, and soothing sensitive or acne-prone skin. The resulting mask made the skin feel soft and smooth after use. Simultaneously, banana peels were dehydrated and combined with eggshells and used tea leaves to make an organic fertilizer. Plants treated with this mixture showed better growth and greener leaves compared to untreated plants. This study highlights how bananas, including their peels, can be used in sustainable skincare and gardening solutions, reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices.
