FrUner is an innovative, pen-shaped portable device engineered to revolutionize eyeglass maintenance by addressing the inefficiencies of traditional cleaning methods. While conventional cloths often fail to remove stubborn oil, bacteria, and debris from hard-to-reach areas like nose pads and frame hinges, FrUner integrates a sophisticated vibration-assisted mechanism with a precision controlled-flow liquid system. This mechatronic approach utilizes high-frequency sonic vibrations to effectively loosen contaminants, paired with a specialized eco-friendly cleaning solution. Formulated from 60% water, 30% distilled vinegar, 10% boiled eggshell water, and biodegradable soap, the solution leverages natural acetic acid and calcium minerals to achieve a crystal-clear, streak-free finish without harsh chemicals. Designed specifically for students, office workers, and individuals with low vision, FrUner prioritizes inclusive design and portability. By repurposing domestic waste and reducing reliance on disposable materials, this project successfully demonstrates a "Waste-to-Wealth" transition within the field of assistive technology. Ultimately, FrUner offers a sustainable, highly efficient, and hygienic solution for daily eyewear care, proving that engineering design can significantly improve everyday human health and environmental well-being.
