RouteSense enables businesses to reduce fuel consumption and emissions without compromising profits, which is advantageous for the environment and businesses. Twenty locations for the model comprised the case study data that was painstakingly gathered from various sources, including Google Maps, with a concentration on the Kuala Lumpur region. The optimized route of the novel AI optimizer is 21.52 kilometers as opposed to the 84.07 kilometers of the previous solution (extensive experimentation), demonstrating how well it manages complex DVRPs. It reduced carbon emissions by 37.5% and fuel consumption by 43%, respectively, in terms of efficacy. This study proves that implementing RouteSense solutions can profoundly impact route planning, resulting in considerable environmental and economic advantages. The developed dashboard provides businesses with an intuitive interface for effectively visualizing and managing these enhancements. RouteSense can benefit the public, transport agencies, and NGOs, support sustainability initiatives, and have great potential for commercialization.
