According to a growing body of research, a child's first five years of life are critical for their cognitive development, non-cognitive development, and their outcomes in the future (Loose et al., 2022 & Roslan et al., 2022). In ESL classroom, teaching directions would be difficult without involving any physical activities and technology so it should be done in a fun way. Hence, “QRace Navigation” board game was designed to help preschool teachers to teach direction and road safety to the kids in ESL classroom by using maps and QR code. A study had been conducted at Tadika Naluri Bestari Denai Alam, Subang Bestari and Subang Perdana. The preschool teachers used the “QRace Navigation” board game to teach directions and road safety to the 110 preschool students aged 4, 5 and 6. The teachers gave the students a pre-test before the teaching session and a post-test after the teaching session. The findings based on the t-test analysis shows that there is a statistical difference between the scores of the post-tests and pre-tests of the students. The present study implements physical activity integrated with the use of technology enhancing preschool students’ educational development. Hence, this “QRace Navigation” board game benefits all preschool teachers and students in ESL classroom as well as developing road safety awareness to the young generations. This board game is distinctive because it is effective, technologically-inclined board game, easy to be implemented and cheap, making it marketable.
