The purpose of this research was to determine the quality profile of rosella extract gummy and tomato extract in preventing anemia. The methods used in this research are the iodine test, biuret test, and also permanganometric titration. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it was found that rosella and tomato extract gummy had dextrin properties, protein in sample D, and also the highest iron content in sample C. The contents in rosella and tomato extract gummy can help people who suffer from anemia and help the general public in preventing anemia by increasing iron and protein in the body. With dextrin content which provides a chewy and sweet texture, this can attract people's attention to consuming gummy.
