This study, "Enhancing Conceptual Understanding of Substitution Reaction Mechanism of Organic Chemistry through the O-Chem Mecha 5EVARK Module. The main objectives were to empower students to draw arrows, predict products, and write reaction mechanisms accurately. The module utilizes the 5E Inquiry Model and VARK learning styles to engage students through visual aids, hands-on activities, and cooperative learning. Quantitative analysis showed significant improvement in post-test scores. Qualitative feedback praised detailed diagrams, simulations, and collaborative discussions. The findings demonstrate that the O-Chem Mecha 5EVARK Module significantly enhances student’s mastery of organic chemistry reaction mechanisms and represents a transformative approach to organic chemistry education.
