Abstract:
The Herb Incense Cone project combines traditional knowledge with natural ingredients to create eco-friendly incense cones. Students used neem leaves for air purification, cinnamon and clove for a sweet aroma, turmeric and cardamom for healing properties, and bay leaf with camphor to refresh the mind. Benzoin resin and javadhu added a rich, traditional fragrance. These ingredients were dried, crushed, and blended with rose water into a thick paste, shaped into cones, and sun-dried for two days. This handmade process, free from machines and electricity, highlights sustainability, cultural heritage, and the power of nature to create soothing, aromatic experiences.
