This innovative project introduces a predictive modeling approach that enhances the fairness and reliability of peer assessments by integrating soft skills—an often overlooked yet vital component of human-centered evaluation. It addresses two pressing challenges: low engagement between employers and employees in the industry, and the lack of comprehensive, peer-informed evaluations in contexts such as promotions. By analyzing key factors such as evaluator honesty, prior experience, and relevant soft skill indicators, the model significantly reduces bias and supports more equitable, trustworthy evaluations. In doing so, it fosters social creativity by encouraging meaningful peer-to-peer reflection and communication—essential elements for nurturing collaborative, innovative cultures in both education and industry. The current prototype can be developed into an automated peer assessment platform to maximize its impact. While few existing initiatives explore this space, the model is unique in its ability to handle rare event data and small sample sizes-making it time-efficient, scalable, and widely applicable. Tested in diverse scenarios, it has demonstrated strong potential to create dynamic, engaging environments that drive personal growth, workplace engagement, and continuous learning.
