Decimals often confuse and frustrate young learners, especially when it comes to multiplying and dividing by powers of 10. To transform this challenge into an opportunity, we developed Deci Master, an innovative hands-on learning tool that simplifies abstract concepts through tactile exploration. Our essential question is: How can we help students effectively master multiplying and dividing decimals by powers of 10? By allowing students to physically move decimal points, Deci Master boosts confidence, accuracy, and engagement. Supporting Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education, this project promotes inclusive, effective, and joyful learning experiences in mathematics for all students.
