Video game addiction affects many young individuals, including Muslim students, who struggle to resist easy access to games online. A study conducted at Kolej PERMATA Insan surveyed 78 students, revealing their challenges in dealing with addiction. The preliminary results explored reasons for uncontrolled behavioral and emotional reactions to gaming. Insights from this study could guide educators and parents in employing effective psychological approaches to support youth struggling with addiction. Proper management of gaming habits is crucial for the well-being of both young individuals and those around them.
