Quantum entanglement, where particles become interconnected regardless of distance, has motivated intense research for its potential in quantum computing and communication. Our innovation focuses on generating entanglement in a novel three-channel nonlinear coupler using Second Harmonic Generation (SHG). Here, close waveguide proximity enables energy exchange between light modes, with each containing a coherent laser's fundamental mode. Nonlinear interactions with second-order materials produce SHG, enhancing quantum light generation and entanglement. We validate entanglement generation using two theoretical approaches. This work opens doors for simply structured devices capable of producing quantum entanglement.
