ST782: Automatic Water Irrigation System

Chris Stanley Charles UiTM

Conventional gardening watered plants manually. This is time-consuming and less efficient. Arduino-based automatic water irrigation system introduced to produce efficient and consistent watering for indoor plants. Well-being of the plants observed for a week. Arduino UNO software categories the sensor data into “No moisture, very dry soil,” “Little moisture, soil is damp,” and “High moisture, soil is wet.” Water pump turning on when the soil is dry and off when moist. Reading of 350 or below indicates moist, whereas 950 and above considered dry. This system offers a sustainable and efficient solution for water management of modern gardening, landscaping, and agriculture.
