This project introduces the innovation of the ProAir Jacket, a multifunctional smart jacket designed to enhance user safety and comfort, particularly for motorcyclists. The innovation integrates technological features such as built-in air circulation, reflective materials, and a GPS tracker to address common issues faced by users in tropical climates and high-risk environments. The main objective of this study is to develop a practical and affordable wearable solution that improves user well-being while promoting safety on the road. The methodology employed includes product design, prototype development, and user feedback through surveys and testing sessions. The results demonstrate that the ProAir Jacket significantly improves thermal comfort and visibility, with positive user responses regarding its usability and effectiveness. The innovation also aligns with sustainable design practices by utilizing durable, lightweight, and environmentally friendly materials. This project contributes to the growing body of innovation in wearable technology by offering a unique product that addresses both environmental and safety concerns. Furthermore, the findings suggest commercial potential for the ProAir Jacket in both local and international markets. Recommendations include further refinement of the design, integration of smart sensors for accident detection, and expanded market testing. Overall, the ProAir Jacket represents a promising advancement in protective apparel innovation with meaningful societal impact.
