In order to increase the effectiveness of daily transaction recording in a small-scale business setting, this project shows the creation of a web-based Receipt Generation System. The current procedure uses design tools to create receipts by hand, which is laborious, repetitive, and prone to human mistake.

The suggested system presents a semi-automated method that allows users to create standardised receipts, maintain transaction records in a structured database, and search client information using phone numbers or vehicle plate numbers. Additionally, the system ensures consistency and minimises duplicate data entry by supporting printable receipt output and automatic production of receipt numbers. This system demonstrates how information management concepts can be applied to streamline business operations, improve accuracy, and enhance productivity in real-world scenarios.

The system, which was created in a local server environment with PHP and MySQL, incorporates key functions such client data retrieval, user authentication, and receipt administration. The suggested solution, which is customised to the particular workflow of the company, offers a balance between functionality and simplicity when compared to current solutions.

This system serves as an example of how information management principles can be used in practical situations to increase productivity, improve accuracy, and streamline company operations.
