Computer modelling and simulation are essential for making better forecasts, reducing waste, and achieving wiser outcomes. It also helps to guarantee that the budget does not underestimate the costs of initiatives like process reengineering or integration. Our fundamental goal: to develop simulation software and tools tailored to meet the complex challenges posed by Industry 4.0. Building upon the outlined objectives, our project aims to deliver a comprehensive solution encompassing seven main components. These include an industrial part library, smart editing tools, analog or digital input/output functionalities, troubleshooting capabilities, and seamless integration with common controllers in industry. By addressing these critical aspects, a tool that easy to use can empower team or organization to optimize planning, engineering, and processes, while mitigating resource constraints and enhancing in-house capabilities. Moreover, our adaptable solution will support a range of microcontrollers, gateways, and protocols, ensuring compatibility with industry standards like OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT and many more others. Through innovative methodologies, we will integrate user-friendly software and hardware features, artificial intelligence functionalities, digital twin integration, and augmented reality enhancements to be develop as a components to complete the Industry 4.0 packages. This holistic approach not only caters to the needs of engineers, managers, and technical personnel to deliver a standard requirement of Industry 4.0, but also suitable for institution effort to aligns with the requirements of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs that facilitating real-world integration of industry development. By providing a platform for hands-on learning experiences, our solution will empower industry professionals and students alike to navigate properly at the design stage.
