Hydraulic lifting tables represent a critical component of material handling systems across various industries. Hydraulic lifting tables utilize hydraulic power to raise and lower loads. Despite their utility in material handling, existing models often lack portability and efficient storage solutions. The main objective of this study is to design a foldable hydraulic lifting table. For methodology, start with concept generation, utilizing a morphological chart, followed by design selection process using a Pugh chart. Then, a selected design concept will go through detail design using CAD sofware; Solidwork. Then, fabrication phase was conducted and finalized by testing phase to validate the design effectiveness. By systematically following the outlined methodology, this project successfully conceptualized, designed, fabricated, and tested. This innovative design enables compact storage and minimizing floor space requirements. Additionally, the foldable feature enhances portability, allowing for easy transportation between workstations or job sites.
