Instructors often tend to adopt “one-size-fits-all” strategy to teach chemistry, and this will not be helpful to cater weak students. The mastery of chemistry subjects requires students to link multiple aspects of representation through macroscopic, microscopic and symbolic aspect. Owing to this, CHEMBLAST, an innovative e-booklet was created to help students through a complete structured assistance in an academic excellence program. CHEMBLAST is an e-booklet that offers a diverse array of problems and exercises set. It covers a broad spectrum of topics, catering learners at matriculation level. The booklet consists of comprehensive notes, guided tips with QR codes, timely formatively assessment, and the questions proceed via progressive level to promote mastery. Based on the implementation of CHEMBLAST on a sample size of 339, the percentage of students obtaining at least B and above improved by 60.5%. The triangulation of data also shows students' active engagement and positive experience in learning chemistry. Indeed, CHEMBLAST served as a versatile resource that inspires curiosity, promotes a deeper understanding of chemistry, and equips learners with the skills necessary for success.
